The complete renovation of the existing 2 bedroom apartment within a Victorian villa has been successfully completed, resulting in a high-end and luxurious living space. The project involved stripping the property back to its brickwork and focusing on high quality finishes, as well as replacing all existing internal fittings with new to create an open plan living and entertaining space.

The renovation included a complete overhaul of the apartment, with the removal of all existing finishes, fixtures, and appliances. In addition to the features mentioned above, the client requested the inclusion of feature door sets and wall cladding throughout the apartment, which offer a contemporary contrast to the retained existing features. This added an extra layer of modernity and style to the space, creating a unique and visually appealing living environment.. The end result is a modern and spacious living environment that preserves the character and charm of the Victorian villa.
